Told me three times in one week that he would stop by for an estimate. Finally said he would stop by on a Thursday morning so I called to see when. Said he would stop on his way to another job in about two hours. I re-arranged meetings to accommodate. Never showed up. When I called later that evening he cleared the call and never called back. That was about two weeks ago. Kind of unprofessional if you ask me. If you aren't interested in the work, say so.

The crew was easy to talk with. Additional options requested were priced fairly. The workers kept the area cleaned up and the end of each day.

At first I was excited about the price. I should have known better. Original quote was for $700. I provided all materials so I was looking for labor only. Todd was very nice at first. His sub showed up on the day he was supposed to and made a good deal of progress but he did not finish; quoted as a one day job. Worker said he would be back on Monday. Todd called me all day long on Monday looking for payment. I explained that I would pay when the work was done. Monday-Thursday I spoke with him several times. Siders we were working at the same time and they need the roofer to finish so they could finish the upper part of the house. The siders finished to the top before the roofer came back. When the roofer returned on Thursday he ripped off the siding and complained that they had finish. He finished the roof-poor quality. And left the siding on the ground. And you bet Todd called demanding payment. I paid to get him off my property. DO NOT HIRE!
