Very professional. The technician arrived and immediately got to work. His explanations on what was done and why were clear and direct. He had a high knowledge and skill level. The work was done quickly and correctly. I rate them 4 stars and not 5 stars only because they do not accept Discover card for payment.

Good overall service. This company contacted me promptly and set up an appointment immediately. There was a paperwork problem, and the tech didn't show up for the first appointment. However, they scheduled a new appointment the next business day, and the technician service was efficient and professional. I'll use them again, since it seemed like the paperwork issue was an oversight and they corrected the error right away.

Great crew. Cleaned up after installation and showed me how to operate and maintain our new gas fireplace. Professional and courteous from first phone call through installation.

I was prepared to pay for a new fireplace electronic eye. All I needed was a gas line clean out. Very effecient and honest service. Very reasonable charge. Great when you hire someone that is not out to rip you off. This is a VERY ethical company.

UNBELIEVABLE!!!! Showed up ready to go to work. Covered my new floors to protect them. From start to finish completed everything they said AND MORE!!. Even though the site that was prepared for the fireplace by someone else that knew nothing of the type or model of fireplace to be installed - Carter Custom fixed EVERYTHING! - AT NO EXTRA CHARGE!!!! I had spoken to a number of Fireplace sales people and installers...no one could touch Carter's price and I doubt they could deliver the type of customer service that Carter did. I would like to thank Servicemagic and Rose Creek Builders for recommending Carter Custom Construction. Could not possibly have had a better experience!!!!

This is the first time we have hired a contractor. We added a 550 sq. ft. addition. Benny and his workers were very easy to work with. They were very responsive to any issues we had or any questions we needed answered. I would recommend them.
