+ -1 moreWe installed the system. When she fell she pushed the button. There is a box that is the receiver. The only thing she got from the receiver was please wait for help. No one ever came or called. Life Alert has the names and numbers of family members and no one was ever even contacted. She ended up crawling to the phone and knocked the receiver off the phone after about five minutes. She has been trying to call them and can't get a hold of the person who is assigned to her and he won't return her calls.
Description of Work: My mother had signed up for Life Alert.
