+ -1 moreI had another project going, and the contractor on that project got to a certain point and stopped, advising that they needed a masonry consult on how to go forward. I have an ~100 year old house, with an "earth-poured" foundation, which was not uncommon in those days. The primary contractor had reasonable concerns on how to work with the foundation, for which Rick was able to provide good guidance. He came over on short notice, near the end of the outdoor construction season, when he (and every other contractor) was clearly very busy. He knew exactly what was going on, what needed to be done, and definitely set my mind and our primary contractor's at ease. His expert knowledge of older houses and the neighborhood, and his professional, friendly manner mean he'll be my first and only call next time I need masonry help.
