After summiting the request on Home Advisor Tim called 5 minutes later to set up an appointment to give me an estimate. Tim kept us informed if he was running late. Tim also made time for the project after hours knowing he couldn’t do the project on the day he promised. Very courteous and professional. Will recommend Tim to everyone I know.

The problem was very small and it only took 5 minutes or so to resolve, but Tim came out to our place within 30 minutes of our call and showed us what to do to fix our problem. He was very friendly and gave us helpful advice as new homeowners. We're grateful for the quick and friendly service!

I noticed my sewer line was backed up around 8:00 in the evening. I started calling around trying to get a plumber out to my house. I contacted Tim at approximately 8:30, and by 9:00 he was at my house. He augered my sewer line all the way out to the road by 9:30. He provided me with a 30 day warranty if the sewer line were to plug up again. Tim provided outstanding service, and I would highly recommend hiring him.
