Tim showed up late on a Sunday night and was extremely professional and courteous the entire time. I was very impressed with his skills and knowledge and he did a fantastic job. I would definitely recommend Tim to anyone who has a tough pluming job.

Tim was able to meet my schedule and was very professional and thorough. He quickly got the problem cleaned out and then ran the camera to see what was causing the problem--tree roots. He offered suggestions to prevent the problem in the future, and even marked the spot for us in case we need to excavate. I would call Tim again.

I needed emergency service on a Saturday and Tim arrived promptly after speaking with him on the phone. The service was VERY thorough and professional. He ran the auger down several times to clear out the sewer main as well as a camera to inspect the pipe. He also cleared out my sink drain from garbage disposal buildup, both jobs done at a very reasonable rate. Would highly recommend! Great experience.

I called Tim's for a emergency drain clearing service. I got fast response and they were at my residence quickly. They had all necessary equipment, cleared the line, and ran the camera through the system to inspect and recheck. Time on site was about 3 hours, and the entire time the courteous and respectful crew worked cleanly and efficiently. If I ever have this problem again, they will be my first call. I was very impressed with Tim Carlson, the company and overall very satisfied with this experience.
