Tennyson Construction - Wet Basement Specialists is the leading basement waterproofing and foundation repair company in Southern Minnesota and Northern Iowa. In business since 1981, they have worked in over 4,200 basements. Our interior tiling system to repair wet basements is backed by our transferable warranty, transferable to future owners of the home. If the basement foundation has problems (cracked, buckled or bowed basement walls), Tennyson Construction can straighten, brace, repair or replace basement and foundation problems. We offer no obligation free estimates with no high pressure sales tactics. We examine what is going on, tell you what we would do to fix the problems, bid the project, and leave the decision up to you. We do our own work, without any subcontractors. We feel one of our biggest advantages of Tennyson Construction is that we are not a Franchise business (we can tailor the right solution to each type of basement problem - no incentive to push products and services that may not be needed to meet franchise quotas). The second is that we specialize in working in basements, so our focus is always on the basement problems and solutions to those problems. The third is we back our work. Finally, most of our customers' projects begin with referrals from other customers, real estate agents, building officials, insurance agents, cleaning companies, and plumbers. Our projects are done in less than four days with qualified basement professionals. If our proposals are accepted, usual payment for those projects is done upon completion. Our company takes pride in its work, and we are proud of our small-town, locally-owned, family-owned business. Our employees really enjoy working with customers, as they see the joy that a family has when they get to enjoy their basement even more after our work.

We NEVER got an estimate my husband called weekly for a month. We hired someone else.
Description of Work: they came to our home to do a basement inspection. Said we would have an estimate the following week.

The job was completed in one day. The workers were friendly and professional. They went the extra mile to deal with the unexpected and did not charge me more than the estimate. I am very happy with there work and highly recommend this company for any basement problem you might have.
