+ -1 moreit was fairly hard problem to troubleshoot because the problem was intermittent but the tech. stuck around till he figured it out. ordered parts came back a couple days later and installed.
Description of Work: fixed fuel oil furnace, replaced faulty valve

Description of Work: They never came!! I stopped at the company office on a Monday and talked directly to the owner about getting the boiler and pipe connections serviced on my underfloor heating system. He told me he would have a serviceman stop-in when they had other work in my area. I thought he was doing me a favor by splitting up the drive-time expenses between customers. On Friday of the following week, they left a message asking if they could stop in on Monday. I called just as they opened on Monday morning and asked if we could reschedule for any other morning of that week as I went to work at noon that week. I also asked that they call and leave a message to tell me which day it would be. They said they would. That was near four weeks ago that I talked to the office person and six weeks since talking to the owner....so far nothing!!

+ -1 moreOverall, I'd never call them again. We feel completley ignored and unimportant to this company.
Description of Work: We called this company for an estimate of a substantial amount of work for a commercial building. To begin with they were late for the appointment. After showing up they were very professional while looking around and getting numbers and ideas. They promised an estimate by the beginning of the next week. That was 3 weeks ago and they've never called us. We've called them and their receptionist is very rude and they've never returned our calls. Looks like they don't need our business, they must have too much money already?
