If I could leave negative stars, I would. I have interacted with dozens of real estate agents in my career, none could ever come close to being as lazy, disrespectful, unethical, rude, inexperienced and frankly - as bad at their jobs as Bryan and Sheldon of Majestic Pines Realty. Things move quickly in real estate - but not for Bryan. Expect very delayed response times, if you get a response at all. Everything was done poorly. The listing description - worst I've ever seen. The pictures - look like they were taken from a 50 year old camera, by someone who has never used a camera before. When I finally received offers after nearly 6 months of the home being listed, I was tricked by Bryan. Two offers came in at the same time. Bryan discouraged me from accepting the higher offer. I couldn't figure out why, but we trusted his "professional" advice. I later found out the only reason he did this was because his company was also representing the buyer - meaning he would receive double the commission. After two months of waiting for the deal to close without one word from Bryan, I started calling around to find out what was taking so long. Only by contacting the title company was I able to find out that the buyer canceled his mortgage only days before closing. Bryan and Sheldon had no idea - because they are far too lazy to actually do their jobs. Bryan has made no effort to make anything right. He has refused to update photos, update the description or take any steps in helping sell this property. I have lost over $10,000 due to his negligence. When I confronted Bryan about his ethics violations, all he did was yell at me. He never apologized and never tried to make it right. He simply tried to bully me to keep me quiet. There are many realtors in the area. I would happily provide recommendations to others who will do FAR better in every aspect. Majestic Pines should be ashamed. You will never find worse realtors than Bryan and Sheldon. I have listed only a few of the things that Bryan and Sheldon did wrong. Moving to another state is hard enough, but I found the BEST real estate agent ever. I had a very limited time frame to visit Minnesota and locate my new home. Using the internet, phone and texts, I was able to work smoothly with Majestic Pine and my favorite agent Jim Kephart. He listened to what I wanted and had everything set up before we arrived. Jim was organized and was able to find us our home in one day. Since the home purchase, Jim has continued to help us settle in by offerning information about our new community. I found Jim on the internet and I chose him because his bio stated that "...he likes to help people." True! Jim Kephart and Majestic Pine Realty are tops!
