"Didn't even get to the tree trimming part. Had a horrible experience trying to get anything set up. Had called a week ago, scheduled for a Wednesday and told a time frame to expect someone to come. Wednesday comes, had to call to see if they were coming, even though I was told someone would reach out to me Monday. Was told that it wasn't Wednesday but Thursday. Thursday comes, the time that someone was supposed to show up, no call or heads up. Call back and then was gaslighted saying that the time I was told, they would never say that they would show up at that time. Ending up cancelling the guy to come. Horrible customer service."

Came a day early and removed a precarious positioned box elder tree in our backyard that was leaning towards the house which required a crane for removal. The crew was very cautious of the driveway pavers and constant traffic on our busy street. They were very quick!! Done in a couple of hours. You would’ve never known they were here at all after the job was completed. Would recommend to family and friends. Thanks again!!! A+++"
