 + 7 moreWe enjoyed working with them a lot, but when it came down to the price, we felt that another company was just a little bit better. I would still highly recommend their services. They really did a great job and we get compliments all the time from people walking by in our neighborhood saying that they really like the way that it came together.
Description of Work: Tom Lennartson Construction put on a dormer for us in the upper level. They did roofing, siding, plumbing, electrical, sheet rocking and all that. They did some trim and put permanent awnings over our doors using white post cedar.

Description of Work: REPAIR 19 WINDOWS - REPLACE OUTSIDE BRICK MOLDING WITH MAINTENANCE FREE MATERIALS. FIX ROTTING MATERIAL AROUND WINDOW, SEAL IN WINDOW FROM WATER, DOUBLE CAULKING.
