Of the three bids we received, The Universe had the most thorough, well thought out bid, working with us on options for running 200 amp service into the house and 100 amps to the detached garage. They were easy to work with, reliable and responsive by email. The electrical inspector remarked at how impressed he was by the quality of their work. We would definitely recommend The Universe to others.

The company provided excellent advice and options. The electrician installed and programmed the timer and it works exactly as specified. I am very pleased with the work/product and will definitely call them again when I need an electrician. I hired The Universe Electric Service for several projects. So, when we started hearing this humming sound from our fuse panel, we weren't sure how serious it was. I knew that Julie would help me out right away. Julie sent one of her master electricians who quickly and carefully diagnosed the problem. We discovered a concurrent problem with our well pump. He figured out what was happening so I could resolve both the electrical issue and the well pump problem. When I call The Universe Electric Service, I get fabulous service. I always know the job will be done well. And, I learn a lot from Julie and her team! They are great teachers. Julie and her master electricians offer helpful advice and suggestions to ensure the "health" of all electrical aspects of our home. I thoroughly endorse The Universe Electric Company. You can't find better service from electricians who are experts in their field!

They did a great job. The only thing I would have changed is that, if I had know that on the highest speed the chains rattle, I would have asked if there was a way to prevent that.

This was our second time having Julie with The Universe Electric. Julie came to install under cabinet lights and outlets In 2016 and we ended up having her change out our electric panel as well. Excellent work, wonderful workers and great price. She came recommended by our handyman. Today we had can lights and pendant lights installed in our kitchen. Again, great job, prompt, good price and another enjoyable job with Julie. It’s like having a friend stop who knows electrical. We will always call The Universe Electric, now to think of what to do next........

It went great, couldn't be happier. Team worked efficiently, answered all my questions and were flexible when I changed my mind about the number of lights needed. They did an excellent job protecting surfaces and cleaned up any mess prior to leaving.

they never responded. I reached out to 3 other electricians and received a response from all of them except The Universe Electric Service. They get very high ratings so they probably do great work. I wish I did not have to leave a grade to leave a review because they didn't do any work. I think an F grade should be reserved for terrible work that has been performed...this could simply be an oversight with the lack of response. However, I did not feel I could leave another grade since their customer service was nonexistent.

Everything went perfectly. The bid I received from Universe Electric was the lowest one out of three bids, and the communication and electrical work was top notch. Highly recommended.

Julie and her team were excellent! Super professional, prompt, courteous and just nice people to work with. Even though her schedule was very busy, she was able to accommodate our job in our timeframe, which always helps. She provided a written estimate first, pulled the permits on our behalf, scheduled the Inspector for us and everything. Really, the project couldn't have gone more smoothly. Couldn't have gone better! Julie was prompt, professional and precise. She found the problem & repaired it quickly. She came prepared with appropriate tools and supplies so that a second trip was not needed. It was a small job, but would have taken us a long time to realize the problem on our own. It went GREAT! Julie was very responsive and professional. Jason and Rayna, who came out to our home did a fantastic job finding a severed wire that was buried in the wall. And they did this with VERY minimal cutting into the wall. It truly was like finding a needle in a haystack situation. I was very pleased with their work and professionalism. They both are very friendly and knowledgeable! I'd hire them again in a second.

I had a very good experience with Universe Electric. Julie responded quickly to my initial email and arranged for Jason to evaluate and fix the problem the next week. He arrived on schedule, calling me ahead of time to let me know that he was on his way, and finished his work in about forty-five minutes. He explained clearly what had gone wrong and how he had remedied it. I had never before hired an electrician, so I can't compare rates, but Universe's seem perfectly reasonable to me (and Julie told me their rates in advance). The only problem I encountered was that I did not receive an email listing their rates (to send to the window company that was paying for the repair), as I had been told I would. I think that email just got forgotten in the course of a busy day. I am pleased with Universe's work and politeness. If I need an electrician in the future, I will call them.

Julie was very easy to work with in discussing the work and scheduling and on both jobs, Jason did fabulous and thorough work. We will be happy to recommend them to our clients in real estate!

Julie, owner was wonderful, like having a friend stop in for an estimate. We initially called for the outlet and under cabinet lighting, however after checking the panel she found our 53 yr old panel was one that has had been documented as a fire hazard. Julie did not push us to change it out, she left that decision to us. We are happy we had this done as well, peace of mind. Dan the electrician was wonderful, great guy and again like having a friend here. He did a great job and we are thrilled with the whole process. We would highly recommend them.
