flooring contractor, hardwood floor
+ 0 moreI paid to have my floor installed and was waiting to get a piece back from lumber liquidators and after I finally got the piece back after a month, since lumber liquidators made a mistake on my order I had to wait a awhile) I called them to have them finish my trim by my doors and finish my landing, They never called me back and never finished the job!!! After, countless phone calls, still no returned phone call. I reported them to BBB as well. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!

+ -1 moreWorking with Straight Line Flooring was easy from start to finish. John returned my call immediately when I requested an estimate and they were able to get our job in within a week after the estimate. He was efficient and incredibly detail oriented. We were just a little put-off by the amount of dust left on the walls in the stairwell but understand that when sanding the stair treads they didn't have a "vacuum" attached to their equipment to catch that dust. The floors look incredible, it's hard to believe what was under the 60+ years of stain.
Description of Work: Sanded and refinished 200+ square feet of floor and 12 stair treads, applied water based poly on floors in our 1945 1 and a 1/2 story home.
