Description of Work: It was an odd experience. I took in my Black and Decker lawnmower and was told it would take a couple of days. Two days later I called to check and learned that they did not know how to locate the needed part. I looked on line and found the needed information and sent that to them. I called 2 days later to check in on the timeline and was told this arrangement was not going to work and I should pick up my mower unfixed at no cost to me. So, I did so and took it to a Black and Decker place who fixed it in about a week.

Description of Work: I have used Art for over 10 years for all of my small engine needs. During that time, he has consistently not only met, but exceeded my expectations with his service, pricing and reliability. He has assisted me in purchasing both new and used equipment, and once I have it, has helped keep it running for me year after year after year. He has come to my home to perform service on many occasions, or has transported my equipment to his shop if necessary. I can rely on him to resolve my issues quickly and get me back to doing what I want to be doing with no hassles and minimal down time. More specifically, Art has repaired and maintained for me over the years both my small and large tractors, and all of their attachments, including snow blowers, mowers, chippers, trailers, and tillers. He has also taken care of my handhelds, i.e., chainsaws, trimmers, blowers, walk behind mowers and tillers. He has even sharpened my nonmotorized tools! He does all of this for a very reasonable price, quickly, and returns everything to me clean, sharp and in great working order. I could not recommend him more highly.
