+ -1 moreEverything went well. He was helpful on the phone when I called on a Saturday when I discovered the leaking water heater, and got me scheduled for Monday. He was right on time, was careful to protect the path of the old water heater getting out, and did a nice job on the install. He also changed out the valve above the water heater as a precaution.
Description of Work: John and his son replaced an old 50-gallon water heater that was leaking.

+ -1 moreThey actually came out the same day. What stands out about them is that they were able to come out quickly. When you have plumbing concerns, that’s huge because you got leaks and you got water a mess. Anytime we have a problem and we had a few in our older house, they try to get out the same day, if it is an emergency but if they can’t they come usually within the next day or two. I really like their responsive time. I feel like everything is expensive. They are just fair.
Description of Work: We used Stillwater Plumbing since we moved in to our house. We used them about three weeks ago when we had a leak in one of our pipes. They fixed it right away.
