Todd has completed plumbing repairs in my home on more than one occasion. I first met Todd during a bathroom remodel project gone bad. He provided free onsite estimate and professional recommendation for a bathtub remove and replace. I have since engaged his services to fix a toilet that was improperly seated, remove and replace vanity top, faucets, shutoffs and most recently, repaired a tubspout leak following non-response from the original contractor. He is efficient, reliable, professional, personable, accurate with his estimate and gets the job done right the first time! The only plumbing contractor I will use going forward. Highly recommended!

I've used Todd in the past for other work at my Minnesota rental property. He is always a pleasure to work with, unlike some contractors, which is why I am an Angie's List member! He was on time, fairly priced, clean, professional, and honest. I recommend his services all the time.

However,they had to sub-contract the drain work & a separtate person came out along with a seperate (rather expensive) invoice for what seemed like a small amount of work. almost 2 hundred dollars for about 25 minutes of work?? I would likely try another company next time.

Todd from St. Croix plumbing showed on-time and immediately diagnosed the source of the sewage odor to be emanating from the toilet in the basement bathroom. The previous owner of our home installed the toilet without properly fastening the base of the toilet to the floor. This repair was being covered under a home warranty policy and Todd gladly worked with the warranty company to provide an estimate over the phone at their request. Todd quickly and professionally installed a new flange and wax seal and tightened the base to the ground to prevent the sewage oder from ever coming back. In addition, he installed new guts in the toilet since they were 30 years old and not working properly. Todd and I had a great conversation during the work and he was very informative and explained what he was doing and why. He also taught me a bit about some small plumbing repairs he noticed I could do cheaply on my own. Lastly, Todd also followed up that night via text/phone to answer some questions I was having about how to caulk a certain area of the bathroom. Excellent communication! I'd recommend these guys to anyone and will use them in the future.

Todd is one of the best service providers that I have ever used, he is easy to enter into a customer/provider relationship because he is open, honest and a great value. Todd installed new faucets, changed plumbing on an older home to update for our future needs, disconnected and reconnected appliances and many other jobs. I can understand why Todd has won an award on Angies List because he totally deserves it. I would hire him and refer him without a hesitation! Todd has made our renovation project (which has become quite large) easier to deal with.

Todd responded message to him right away and was able to schedule the job within a couple of days. He showed up on time and completed it in less than 3 hours. He was able to gain access to the valve within minimal damage to the cabinet wall behind it, and did a great job cleaning up behind him. Also provided practical tips on follow-up work and cautioned against using the shower and bath too soon. Price is totally reasonable and he was happy to honor his angle's list coupon. I have been with Todd for the last few plumbing jobs and it always strikes me how loyal they are to their old customers. You do, however, need to be a new customer first!

Great! I would recommend Todd in a heartbeat and already have! Hew as punctual --even early for both jobs we had him do. He got us in right away for the larger job so we would not be held up on a basement remodeling project. He replaced all the hot and cold water pipes as far as he could without going thru any walls. The water is running so much better and I am not afraid of leaks happening in the future. He even replaced the faucet for the old laundry tub downstairs and put in a new fixture for the outside water that was not specifically in the bid. I felt like he treated this job as if it was his house and what he would want done. The bid was for 2 1/2 to 3 days and he got it done in 2 shorter days. He charged us according to time so it was more than1,000 LESS than he quoted. We have done quite a few house projects in the past couple years and I truly appreciated the professionalism of Todd.

He arrived on time, very professionally dressed, and was friendly and ready to get to work. He kept the area clean while he worked, and protected the floor with a heavy drop cloth to prevent damage. He was very open about a problem with the faucet that could not be 100% repaired. He was kind enough to outline the estimated costs of further repairs I wanted to do to the bathroom, and helped me assess whether some changes were actually necessary so I could manange down the costs. He was rather expensive, but having not hired similar contractors in the past, my opinion is hardly qualified ($125/hr and $39 travel). In the end, the cost seemed relatively small compared to the peace of mind because he addressed all my questions and concerns thoroughly.

Showed up in the specified period, cleared the drain after some struggle, gave us a video view of the drain. Diagnosed a 'belly' in the drain, and also reported problems at the connection to the city sewer.

Found them great to work with, very professional. Discussed basement sink with me and toilet, what we should look for with purchasing new one when it comes time, how to manage leak in sink for now, appeared to be very honest and trustworthy. Didn't recommend an unnecessary things.

Todd was awesome. I called regarding leaking valves after having a new washing machine installed and he was prompt and fixed them on the spot. I also had issues with an old shower fixture that I wanted replaced but it was turning into a bigger project that I could do. He told me how to contact Moen and get an extension piece.(didn't even know that was an option) He came back same week to finish the job.

He did an excellent job. He was on time and the cost was great. He even corrected a problem we didn't know about.

Punctual, professional and clean. Replaced water heater and identified bad water softener. Completed water heater replacement and then returned a second day to replace softener. Mr. Jadwin left the space cleaner than when he arrived. I'm sure they aren't the cheapest, but you get what you pay for! I trust St Croix Plumbing to do the job right the first time.
