Description of Work: They have done a couple of things for me. They installed a sewage drain and a sump pump. That turned out well.

Description of Work: I had a new gas line hooked up from my utility room to my kitchen in order to convert my electric range over to gas. This work took about 1-1/2 hours. The quality of the work was great and I am happy with the job. I just think $525 for this work was way too expensive.

Todd did an excellent job of explaining the work that was to be done, and the value of the products that he was installing. He arrived right on time on the scheduled day and the work was completed right on time and works very well. We are very pleased.

Description of Work: Fantastic work! Quick to respond even though it was the end of the day on a Sunday. Jason went above and beyond in an emergency and got our sewer cleaned out despite some significant challenges with our line. Can't recommend Jason or St. Croix enough!

Description of Work: I was getting some back up in the floor drain in my basement when I was doing laundry and then just a day ago saw a small leak from one of the pipes in the basement. I checked Angie's List for a company who could do both and saw good feedback for St. Croix plumbing so I called and talked to Todd who knew exactly what I was talking about with both problems. Jason came out same day. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional and he had the drain cleared in about 20 minutes and then cleared it out to the main and checked it twice! He then let me know about some potential problems with the water heater installation and showed me exactly what he was talking about. Todd will be out on Monday to check on the other problem but I can already tell you I will use these guys again. Being a woman and the only owner of my home I've always had to be careful that someone wasn't trying to take advantage of my lack of knowledge. I've had work done by the big name plumbing companies and they have done exactly that. All I can say is I am putting St. Croix plumbing on my primary contact list for problems in the future! Thank you!
