Description of Work: I CALLED SCHWANTES ON THURSDAY THE 5TH TO SCHEDULE A FURNACE CHECKUP AND MADE THE APPOINTMENT FOR THE NEXT DAY BETWEEN 2 AND 4 PM. AT 2 PM FRIDAY THE SERVICE TECH (JOE) RANG OUR DOORBELL. I WATCHED HIM DO THE INSPECTION AND TESTING LEVELS. HE SAID THE FURNACE WAS IN GOOD CONDITION CONSIDERING IT HAD NEVER BEEN TOUCHED (IT'S 12 YEARS OLD!). ANYWAY,THE IGNITER WAS DRAWING MORE CURRENT THAN IS ACCEPTABLE SO HE PULLED IT OUT AND SHOWED ME THE WHITE CRUST THAT WAS STARTING TO ACCUMILATE ON IT. MIGHT HAVE LASTED ANOTHER YEAR,BUT HE WAS THERE AND HAD THE REPLACEMENT PART IN HIS TRUCK SO I HAD HIM REPLACE IT. THE WHOLE DEAL TOOK ABOUT 45 MINUTES. VERY SATISFIED, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. FRAN
