They did a good job with the two yard services. They were fantastic. They did a great work. They did a very nice job. The yard looked great. It was good.

I didn't feel the equipment was appropriate for the area. I felt they would take more time and do a more detailed job, and because of that, I don't really feel that they honored the deal.

responded quickly to request for estimate. the fall clean up went well eveything requested was completed. The snow removal was hit and miss at the begining until firmly on the service list. The difficult winter also made the clearing of the snow uneven and hard to get ahead of what needed clearing. But it helped to have some heavy clearing taken care of

Some of the beds were not as cleaned out as I expected, however I was not at home the day they came so I was not there to discuss the work before they began.

Sean does hard work for a very fair price. He is quick to respond if you need something extra, or if you have a special need. We have a big lawn and driveway and he has been able to take good care of us. He is always there personally, rather than some anonymous crew.

He comes once a week, he is reliable, and is prompt. He does a good job and he seems very knowledgeable in his field. I would highly recommend to others.

I felt as though they did not do the greatest job. I had to have them come back out, I was not impressed.

Everything went well. They did a good job and showed up on time, cleaned up well. It’s as good as it gets.

I contacted this company through their website for an estimate. He said he would stop out within the next week. He never came out and never contacted me. I emailed him once after that to ask if he ever came out, and he never responded. Appareantly, he didn't want the work. I thought it was very unprofessional to never get back to me. If I cant trust someone to communicate, I definitely wont trust them to do work at my home.

Sean (the provider) made the appointment at a time that required me to leave work early. However, he never showed up for the appointment. Sean also never contacted me to cancel or re-schedule the appointment; nor has he responded to my email and voicemail inquiring about his absence. 08/21/2013 UPDATE: After I posted this review, Sean contacted me via email (over 24 hours after our scheduled appointment) to apologize and to inform me that he had a family emergency that prevented him from making the appointment and that he would " be unable to do any service or quote for the next week."

They were prompted at scheduling and returning phone calls, and came to do the work within a couple weeks, which was very reasonable considering the weather we were having at the time. However, when they came to do the work and when I got home I found that they had mowed over several (at least 3) new shrubs I had just planted, that were specifically marked with lawn markers. I found the marker sticks had been thrown onto the deck.

Everything was fine. They cleaned up, did a good job, and left.

Very impressed, will use services again.

It was terrible. It was the worst job ever. I wanted to get my money back because initially when I called him after I purchased the big deal, it was like $160 for like five man hours or two men two point five man hours of work. He said that if my yard wasn't so big that he's got some kind of sweeper that he comes through that he could do it. Because I didn't know that, he said he would come out and assess it to see if it was that big. But he said that he couldn't get his sweepers to do it but that he would do it anyway. So it had been a rainy season so he wasn't able to come out. So he actually said, "Well, I'll be out in that area around this date." but he didn't say when he was coming or whatever. The job was terrible. My yard was hacked up. It had holes in the grass. My neighbor said he saw him out there and he had that machine in the front because I don't have a gate. But he just whacked up the yeard because there's big holes of dirt where the grass had been. It has a lot of weeds and so forth. It was a lot of cleaning up to do. It was just terrible. I still have leaves. I was so upset about it. It was like I just threw my money down the drain. I called back and told him, "This is a terrible job, you didn't do this, you didn't do that, there's twigs here, there's leaves here, you didn't pick this." I had an old garage door I'd gotten replaced and I needed to get rid of it but it was on the side of my garage standing up but there was leaves around there. He just took it and threw it in front of the garage door that opens; not the one it had been next to but the one that you just walk in on the side. He threw it on the ground in front of where I drive out and never moved it. It was the worst job ever. This is the first thing I've ever bought from Angie's List. It was not a good deal. It was too expensive for what he did. He wasn't here five hours. The neighbor said he was only here for about an hour and he said five hours. He said he would come out but he never came back. What he ended up telling me which seemed odd to me. I don't want to be super harsh on him but I was just firm with him. I would never use them. First thing it was the advertisement was not correct. He did none of what he said. It was nothing like he advertised.

He did an excellent job. Family and friends remarked they had never seen the lawn looking so nice. We were impressed.

I had trouble getting the time lined up as the owner had a family medical emergency. He did call and explain and say he was sorry. I appreciated that! He came the next morning and got right to work. I was happy with the work.

Got contacted same day to set a tentative schedule. Was delayed and rescheduled a couple times due to the weather. Finally got contacted and scheduled for Mothers Day; he showed up Sunday at 9:00 and did a great job

I called the guy and made arrangements for him to come out and give me a price ( he suggested doing so). Set a time and date. He has yet to show up and I never received a call, even to tell me he wasn't interested in doing the work. Guess he has too many customers these days. The way he acts pretty soon he probably won't have any.rrd that I wante

They did a very nice job cleaning up and mowing my yard. They were very professional and did much more than I expected.

SCH Property Services are very reliable and very pleasant people to work with. They are conscientious and they are prompt and they do a good job.

Never returned call or responded to email.

They called shortly after I put my order in - it was an Angie's List special opportunity. They set up a date when the trees should have shed most of their leaves. They called the day before to make sure we were still on. They worked with lovely equipment and did a great job.
