Brita arrived promptly at scheduled time. She was knowledgeable about what I needed done. Cleanup was done as work progressed. In four hours, total cleanup was accomplished, as I'd hoped. Brita knows her plants (and weeds!) There's a huge pile of brush and weeds out of sight, which demonstrates her diligence. After her work was complete, she asked if I had any upcoming projects. I showed her a couple spots, and she took photos to show Sarah, so that when/if I called with a new design task, we'd have a starting conversation point. I was left with a very good impression. Invoice total was as expected. It's worth a bit more $$$ to pay someone who doesn't need a lot of supervision.

Sarah was highly recommended to us by a friend, so I contacted her. Sarah arrived at our house in the evening and was very pleasant to talk to. I discussed what I wanted and we walked around my property to get an idea of the work that needed to be done. I became a little concerned when she did not seem interested in taking on our project and didn't offer any good suggestions of what to do with our landscaping. She stayed about a half hour. A few days later I got an e-mail from her declining our project. She stated that she was not the right landscaper for us and that she couldn't give our property the attention that it needed. I can accept that she was too busy and that I needed to look elsewhere. She went on to state that she already had multiple projects lined up for the summer in the 10K - 20K range. Although I appreciated her honesty, I was put off by her mentioning the price tag for her services. She could have stated that she had a number of and quot;large and involved projectsand quot; instead of mentioning $$$. We went with another landscaper who wasn't as influenced by the big bucks.

They are very good about showing up with they say they will. They are a little expensive but do quality work.

Sarah came out and listened to our dream plans of having a level, beautiful lawn on which to play and new, easy-to-maintain plants in our front yard. She came back with brochures including photos of the plants and flowers she envisioned, a drawing of the plans and an estimate within a week. The work was done on schedule, everything was absolutely spotless when her team left each day and we are thrilled with the outcome. Sarah is a delight to work with. When we get around to redoing the backyard, we'll call her!

Well. Sarah is very personable. She has a lot of energy and really makes her plan come to life. She wasn't as available as I would have liked. I has some questions about some of her plans and she didn't get back to me as quickly as 24 hours. I had to call her a few days later. I wish that she would have helped explain more about maintaining her creation.
