Description of Work: Russell was contacted on Saturday when the washing machine delicate cycle failed. My call was quickly returned and an appointment was made for the coming week. The work included replacing a belt so the delicate cycle worked.

+ -1 moreI WAS ABLE TO LEAVE A VOICEMAIL WITH RUSS EXPLAINING THE PROBLEM - HE PROMPTLY RETURNED MY PHONE CALL AND SCHEDULED A SERVICE CALL WITHIN 3 HOURS. I WAS GIVEN AN ESTIMATE OF COST FOR THE WORK (WHICH HE REMAINED TRUE TO) AND THE REPAIR WAS DONE IMMEDIATELY. I'VE CALLED RUSS 8-10 TIMES OVER THE LAST 10 YEARS, AND HAVE ALWAYS BEEN SATISFIED WITH HIS KNOWLEDGE, FAIR PRICING, CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND FAST RESPONSE TIME.
Description of Work: THIS CONTRACTOR WAS CONTACTED TO REPAIR A LAUNDRY DRYER WHOSE DRUM HAD STOPPED TURNING DURING USE.
