 + -1 moreLarry and team were great. At the store, Ruth was very helpful in picking out carpet and colors. Despite his crazy schedule, Larry was then able to find a convenient time to measure and provide an estimate. After placing a downpayment, then Larry arranged a schedule for old carpet removal and new carpet installation that was compatible with our own move date. New and high quality carpet is not cheap; That was an eye opener for me. But we did do some online research that confirmed that Larry's prices were in line and very reasonable. I can certainly recommend them.

Description of Work: Couldn't ask for better. They installed carpet for one room in our house 5 years ago. This year we had them install carpet throughout the remainder of the carpeted rooms in our main and upper levels, install wood floors in our dining room and kitchen, and install new flooring in two of our bathrooms. Always professional and courteous. Very responsive to our requests, questions, concerns. High quality products and service. We did look around and talk to other flooring installers but came back to choosing Larry's because of our previous positive history with them, our comfort with Larry and staff, and the fact that Larry's prices were comparable to other places we looked at but that Larry's demonstrated a greater focus on the quality of the product and service they provide. Highly recommended.

 + -1 moreRemoval and replacement went as planned. No issues. Larry and staff were knowledgeable, flexible and professional. Price was about what we expected but we got a lot of value in return.

 + -1 moreI had been into the store and gotten a sample of the counter. They came out and did preliminary measurements for the estimate that was to be sent to the Cambria factory to get an actual estimate. That bid was delayed by two weeks. I had to call to get the bid. He came out a second time, without the bid, he said he would have it for me the next day. He gave me the numbers over the phone and I never received a bid in writing. I thought the bid was exceedingly high. It was over $1,000 more than another bid I had gotten. He never followed up with me on completing the work.
Description of Work: They came out for an estimate on granite countertops.
