The need for this work was discovered when we began what was intended to be cosmetic stucco repair - we discovered that the cosmetic issues were caused by structural issues (rotting rim-wood at the top of the foundation). The stucco firm suggested a couple potential firms, including J-Mar. This turned out to be a great recommendation. Don and the workers he hired did a great job. Don was calm, patient and clear in explaining the various issues that were uncovered and options to fix them. The team seemed to take care and pride in their work. I also feel that they did their best to come up with cost-effective solutions. Very responsive to questions, came when they said they would, work accomplished on the promised timeframe. i highly recommend the firm.

J-mar was recommended to me by the contractor doing the stucco work on my house after they found the rim joist was rotted and needed to be replaced. I contacted Don by email and he responded pretty quickly and they were able to come out and start work with in a week. All communication was quick and everything they said they would do, they did. Their customer service skills are great and they answered all questions I had completely. They also cleaned up so well that you wouldn't know they were there except by looking at their work. They showed up on time and finished when they said they would. I couldn't ask for better.
