So far he is doing a great job. He's doing a nice job with the work on all 3 properties.

I have hired him twice. He has been excellent and has done a great job!

Has asked several handyman for estimate on the job right after closing on the house. Jeff came on time, and estimated for 3~4 full days of work, which matches my estimate well. When I mentioned I would get several quotes, he said he could provide reference if needed. He seems to eager to get the job. I was very willing to give the job to Jeff, but ultimately gave the job to a handyman I worked with for a while, to keep him happy. The handyman I used only worked on weekends, and happened to have an emergency situation and left the job unfinished. So I needed another person to finish the job and I contacted Jeff again. But Jeff never got back to me after calling him and left a message a couple of times. I gave Jeff and quot;Dand quot; for responsiveness and professionalism for what happened. On the other hand, I have observed a strong demand for handyman/contractor since late Apr, and several handyman I contacted all stated that they are overwhelmed and could not take on any more job. And more than just a few just didn't respond back at all. All these are individual handyman, not someone part of a handyman company. So I would have to say this seems to be not uncommon for individual handymen who lack the capability to handle high demand. I believe Jeff could do a very good job, based on the reviews. I could still possibly contact Jeff in the future for help, but keep in mind that I would not get response if he's got job on hands.

Jeff did great job - very professional and neatly done. He was also very prompt and courteous.

He is awesome. He will be here next week and I would definitely use his services again in the future.

Jeff was trustworthy, efficient, polite, professional, on-time, easy to communicate with, and easy to contact even at short notice. He completed projects as requested. I will definitely use his services in the future.

Jeff was able to respond very quickly and made a separate visit to conduct an appraisal of the time required. The work took two days. He arrived promptly on the first day and completed tasks efficiently and professionally. Some tasks required additional or different parts. Jeff gave clear descriptions of the items needed, which we were able to purchase oursleves. He then completed the rest of the work on the second day.

Jeff is great! We're in the middle of a move transition so he came to install a bathroom mirror, mirrors in my daughters room, antique tiles in the hall, and assembled my sons dresser. He was extremely helpful, responsive, courteous and just a really nice guy. He even peeked in on my DirecTV installation guy with me to make sure the info sounded accurate. I already have another list going and look forward to having Jeff come help me out- total peace of mind.

The work performed to date was done well and in a professional and timely manner. Jeff was to continue lawn care and provide handyman services on a per project basis. I contacted Jeff about getting estimates for some of my spring projects and was informed he would stop by and take a look and I was given an approximate timeframe for this. I never heard from him again, despite leaving two voicemails and attempting to get a hold of him via email. I was left in a pinch regarding the hiring of these projects and had to find another lawn care service. It would have been nice if Jeff would have treated me in a professional manner and let me know he was no longer interested in doing work for me or that the arrangement we had was not what he expected.

He was alright, he wasn't excellent. It's one guy that comes out. I will use their service again.

I needed overall assistance with general repairs and property management to work on my behalf due to my other family and work commitments. Jeff has stepped in whenever possible and does fine work with a commendable attitude.

The experience was absolutely great. He was on time, personable and he did what he said he would do and when he said he would do it.

Jeff did an excellent job overall. He removed about 9 - 11 yards of rock which is considerable, stained my cedar fence and painted the exterior cider blocks on the foundation of my home. Jeff was diligent, on time, polite and easy to work with. He's knowledgeable in many areas of home and yard care, and I intend to continue to use his services whenever needed. You can't go wrong with Jeff's work.

Everything Jeff worked on looked great upon completion. He is a hard worker, willingly tackled everything I needed done, and took care to do his best. In winter he also does snow removal and house care. so I plan to call on him for these times too. I look forward to working with Jeff again.
