My central A/C was down and the came out with in 4 days to replace the A/C and furnace. The were organized,quick and went above and beyond my expectations. Tons of great communication and text and email to let me know what going on. Thank you so much Steve, John and Ryan.

Great service

Hoffman replaced our central air and furnace. We added on an ultraviolet cleaner for the AC and they were able to retrofit for upgraded filtration, saving us several hundred dollars. Prices were fair for 2023's market ($14000) with close to 4K in rebates, Xcel's Replacement Helper, and tax credits. They are extremely well-organized. Salesperson (Steve) hit every point of research I had done before I asked. From sales call to install was less than one day. Installer was quiet, professional and cleaned everything up. There was no damage to our home or plantings. There were several followups and they filed the rebates for our energy companies. It could not have gone more smoothly.

Salesman was tops. Informative, knowledgeable, no pressure, responsive. Installation team efficient ( in and out 2 hours), effective - nice guys.

The service is highly professional and courteous. Mike the technician diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes and explained what needed to be done. Within an hour, the system was up and running again. Additionally, Mike takes great care to clean up after the repair and is careful not to carry any dirt into the house. The service is very thoughtful and professional!

The consultation with Steve was top notch. We learned a lot about heating, air circulation and energy efficiency. We were provided several buying options and it was not high pressure.

Have been using Hoffman for years. I have them come annually to check my furnace and air conditioner. They always send a text before they come with a photo of the technician, Joe S. does a very thorough job. We have been very satisfied with Hoffman.
