+ -1 moreWorked with our insurance company on this. Didn't start when promised. Crew left a BUNCH of nails in the grass and rock border around the house and roof. We had to go around with a magnetic tool of our own design to pick them up. Especially frustrating with a toddler at home. We still find an occasional nail.

+ -1 moreGreg showed up personally to discuss his proposal and write a bid. He wasn't the least expensive, but substantially more in line with the other dozen or so bids I had, and right-on with the time and materials that I personally calculated. I have done a few roofs myself and can attest that Greg and his crew did know what they were talking about from the start. Greg and the crew were also very sensitive to appearance of the finished product making sure the shingle selection, vents and the valleys looked clean and matched the design of the house. Overall an excellent job. They showed up within 24 hrs. of my bid acceptance with materials and began work the following day. They had one person dedicated to clean during the whole job so there was never a mess. There final clean up and the finished appearance of the job was top notch. Greg can use me as reference any time.
Description of Work: Greg and his crew re-roofed my home. A complete tear off of sixteen year old failed organic shingles. Installed facia-matching drip edge all around, two rows of ice dam on the eves and rakes, 15# felt in the field, replaced the valleys and reflashed or added flashing where needed, cased the waste vents and replaced all of the bath and attic vents. Approximately a 33 sq. job on a moderately high, moderately pitched roof. Certainteed 30 yr. architectural shingles. + -1 moreMy roof looks wonderful. Everyone that worked on it was here on time and did a great job. They stuck to the price they quoted. They received a few other jobs due to how great my roof looks.
