Did not get what I wanted, Told them over phone that i wanted a two handle faucet when they installed the sink it had a single lever, plus the inside dimensions was smaller than old sink. After they installed there was a leak they came out and fixed the leak which is good, but they charged me for returning to fix leak. I feel like they have grossly over charged for job. Over all NOT PLEASED

Greg Giza was very prompt with returning calls and responding to questions. The quote on what we wanted done was broken down into a variety of options and he was very helpful with all questions. The electrical was done by another contractor but the one Greg recommended was very good and also resonably priced. There were a few difficulties with programming the heating portion of the boiler because of its complexity and the fact we didn't use the boiler controller thermostat that came with the system. Giza ended up calling the in the regional Rep for Bosch which took a little time to schedule but he was able to help straighten out the problem. Considering the complexity of the system a few glitches are to be expected. We were never without heat despite the delay. The set up problem that was caused by not using the Bosch thermostat controller ended up causing the circulation pump to run almost continually even against closed zone valves when heat wasn't called for until the Bosch Rep was able to get out to help with changing the programming. When I expressed my concern to Greg regarding this possible damaging to the ciruclation pump he replaced it with a new one at no additional charge. The Bosch Rep wasn't the nicest guy but I can't blame that on Giza. Our heating bills have dropped dramatically due to the upgrade in efficiency and it couldn't have been more timely with the price of propane sky rocketing this year. Now if I can only figure out a way to get the teenager out of the shower. With on demand hot water you never run out of hot water! The Bosch Rep wasn't the nicest guy but I can't blame that on Giza.
Description of Work: We had Giza replaced a 40 year old boiler as well as a hot water heater that had been knocking for years with a much more efficient Bosch Combi boiler with on demand hot water system that is 93% efficient.
