Maybe Angi should do a better job keeping contact information for these businesses up to date. This is the 3rd or 4th time I’ve looked for help with various things and ran into this issue.

WFY took a dingy, somewhat insulated, storage-poor attached garage performed and "extreme makeover" that enable us to store our 2 cars PLUS many, many other items, in an attractive completely finished (with trim, paint etc.) and we still have empty shelves to use as we need them! WFY built an awesome "floor" in the garage attic that enable us to store items easily via an pull-down stairway. After nearly 2 decades of frustration we have an area that is so beautiful that people frequently comment that we could live in it. With the excellent insulation we've added a garage heater which enables us to complete projects (painting, staining, etc.) any month of the MN year. As our home's first owner was also the builder, they created multiple long-term issues and those were solved by WFY during the course of this project - which required ingenuity, patience, and flexibility to address all of the issues and provide us with the functional and attractive space we now enjoy - who knew it would be such a gift? We are so thankful to Rob (WFY founder) and his colleague Scott that we recommend them in the highest possible terms!! You can hire them to perform magic for you, too!

Rob Krajewski handled our complete basement remodel this past spring. We had some water/sewage backup that would require major repairs, so we took the opportunity to upgrade everything downstairs. New drywall, flooring, and the addition of a bathroom/laundry was the plan. His expertise in planning, purchasing of materials and appliances extremely helpful. We absolutely love the finished project; a rec area and a complete downstairs guest "suite" suit our needs perfectly.

WFY's renovation was amazing. We've lived with issues, created by the original owner, with the ground level of our home for nearly 20 years and finally had the funds to get it fixed. It's a difficult situation to explain, as our home's layout is "a bit different." Long story, short, WFY - Rob, and his business partner Scott - properly insulated above and below grade, then finished the area to be sympathetic with the balance of the house. There were many hurdles, each of which were surmounted expertly. In general, the project required hand digging a deep trench around 2 sides of our home without overly disturbing mature tree roots; developing a plan for insulating from the outside (rather than losing precious floor space indoors) while keeping the home attractive; working with other contractors who needed to move various mechanicals to accommodate; making adjustments as underground realities were revealed; completing the insulating, siding, and painting processes; replacing and fixing the landscaping disturbed as a necessary side effect of the project. WFY did it all whilst also being respectful of our requests around reusing existing landscaping materials, etc. It's not yet cold enough for a final report, but we've already noticed a huge difference this fall and expect more good things to come over the winter. The exterior looks even more attractive than it ever did in the past - which is a testament to design skills as well as actual construction. We've now hired WFY for multiple projects and are always thrilled with the results. We so highly recommend this business that WFY is even better than a "perfect 10."

Working with Rob is always a pleasure. I've had him work on all kinds of things at my house from painting, babyproofing, installing a flat panel TV to wall etc. He's also worked for my parents and they were pleased as well.

We needed to fix a structural and livability mistake that the first owners of our house made. Rob (founder and owner of Working for You), completely made it possible! It was a tricky situation from the beginning, due to an existing massive tree and other factors. Rob created a plan that solved all of the aesthetic issues we'd struggled with for 18 years - we only wish we'd asked him sooner. He and his partner Scott completed all of the work, which required first building a large new deck that was sympathetic to our quirky home. He was super patient and flexible, as our City's administrators, who changed things multiple times. The front wall of the house needed the exterior door and picture window "swapped," which require supporting the roof, accommodating building/electrical inspectors, keeping everything safe from weather (thunderstorms), keeping our interior as unaffected as possible. All was completed in WFY's typical excellent manner. Oh, and they kept us personally safe from COVID, too, as we have health challenges. When the project was completed, everyone who walked by (we're on a corner - plenty of activity) took time to tell us how great it looks! We are totally thrilled with all of WFY's capabilities. Rob and Scott are valuable providers we call upon regularly - we so highly recommended WFY we lack the words to express! Hire them - you'll be the better for it!
