Description of Work: I had an insurance claim for a damaged gazebo. I wanted to build an add-on porch instead of the gazebo and Terry was very helpful in giving bids. However the insurance company would not allow the porch, so Terry took the time to find out how much the cost of a new redwood gazebo would be. He was extremely patient and always had good alternatives. Unfortunately, the insurance company went another way and I was unable to use his services.

+ 0 moreI wasn't able to proceed with the project at this time. He was very punctual and detailed. He had some good ideas. If and when I am able to proceed with it, I will give them a serious look. He brought in extra people because it was something that he didn't have experience with.

+ 4 moreThe gentleman who owns the company did almost all of the work himself. He was extremely picky. He directed me to all of the right places to pick out granite and woods. He had wonderful ideas for architectural designs. I met him about a year ago now. He is such a friendly, nice gentleman. All of a sudden one Sunday morning his wife was here working on the deck. They sent me flowers. I am featured in one of his brochures and was on television up here. He also puts on question and answer programs about designing on the radio. He is one of the top-notch guys who does all of the designing for a lot of the big hotels downtown. No job is too little for him. He is extremely knowledgeable. If there was more than an A, I would give them more of an A for everything. I got top-notch materials for the price. He would pass on his builders discount to me, which I thought was wonderful. He always had a connection for specialty things, like lights I wanted. He is a very honest and trustworthy person. He fixed up tons of little things for no cost. This spring he power washed my house for free, just to make sure it was clean. As soon as I get some more money, I intend to use them again. I hope somebody uses him. He is one of the best around. You don't have to worry about anything with him. He is a church-going guy, and integrity is a big word for him.
Description of Work: TBH Builders and Remodelers expanded my house by one-third. They re-did a kitchen and added on a family room both upstairs and downstairs. They also added my professional piano room, decks, pergolas, and fireplaces. They did custom cabinets and everything. You name it. It was an absolutely huge project.
