We had set up an appointment and while on the phone she was talking about all the great cleaning jobs she had done. I waited here for hours and she never showed. I called her and left a message and she called me back later and said they just couldn't take the job because they were too busy. But she never called me to tell me this and just left me waiting.

They do both residential and commercial. I would recommend them. They are family owned and operated since 1990. They are insured. They are dependable and excellent. The price is average. If there are any problems she takes care of them right away. They are very professional.
