+ 3 moreJeff was very patient and helpful as I put this whole plan together. He recommended great resources, helped me think through quandries, gave me advice but accepted my preferences. It took several weeks longer than first predicted, which necessitated putting off painting till spring. But my house is looking quite handsome!
Description of Work: Remove flat portion of roof on south side of house, reframe as hip roof, reroof entire structure, remove chimney to roofline, reframe, reflash chimney pipe, remove and rebuild 3-season porch, paint exterior, insulate walls with cellulose, remove all gutters and replace with Leafguard gutter system and remove/replace existing garage doors with new insulated garage doors/openers.
