Overall it was a very pleasant experience. They showed up on time, explained what they were doing and got right to work. They cleaned up after themselves and left the work site very neat. It did take them longer than they estimated but as I work from home it wasn't really major issue. I would use this company again.

I was truly impressed with this no hassle job. They came and measured, and then produced the window. They returned a week or so later, removed the old window and disposed of it, and installed the new. Fast, professional, and the final results are amazing. If you have some old nasty window in a basement, this is the perfect replacement. It looks so clean and nice, the fit was perfect. I only wish I had thought to do this sooner. This company did exactly what I expected, no mistakes, problems or hassles. The final product exceeded expectations by quite a large margin. I absolutely recommend this company.

Seems like a nice quality window although the install appears slightly sloppy....like not completely sealed all the way around. They were quick and efficient.

My experience with them was good. They did it as advertised. My interaction with them was good. They are professional. They showed up as they said they would on that date. They were on time. They got right to work and then stayed until it was done. They are personable. It’s a pretty standard job. They came out, slapped off the windows and left.

We looking to put a glass block window in our bathroom, but it just turned into a big job. We would have had to remodel our whole bathroom to put in a glass block window. We decided not to do that. We called them and they came out promptly. They gave us a good bid. He came out in the middle of winter. He did it quick and he did bring some pamphlets. There's different kinds of glass block. He had different styles and options that we could use. It was a free estimate. I will call them when I decide to do it.

The installation was easy and quick. The installers were quite professional and I will use them again in the future for another window in another bathroom. My only complaint was that the caulking around the window could have been a bit neater. I ended up filling a couple of spots the next day on my own. However, this was incredibly minor and likely only due to my own perfectionism. I will definitely use this service again in the future.

I got 2 bathroom windows replaced in my bathroom.

Our contractor had used Quick-Set to build custom glass block windows for our basement five years ago. We needed to get another window. I called on Sunday and left a message with my request. On Monday morning I got a call saying that they could make a match to the other windows and it would be done no later than Wednesday morning. I got a call that the window was finished Monday afternoon and I could pick it up anytime the next day. I was there to pick up the window when they opened (at an amazingly early time of 7:30) and it was perfect. The window was an identical match to the others.
