I had a small leak in the corner of my living room. Nothing huge, just a small section of wet ceiling, and it was slowly growing due to all the rain we've had recently. Bought the $99 maintenance package on Sunday and Matt was able to inspect the roof Wednesday morning (I live nearby and that was probably the reason he was able to come out so quickly). He found one spot on the roof that looked suspect and sealed it up, and did a few other minor repairs. I bought the house in 1999, and in 1998 was when the big storms ripped through Burnsville and Apple Valley. Previous owner replaced the roof himself, and really didn't do a decent job (didn't do a complete tear-off, failed to seal roof vents properly, and missed a few spots where flashing should have went). I had a major leak in 2006 due to an improperly installed vent and a few other minor non-leak problems later on. Matt said we had about 3-5 years left of roof life and pointed out spots which were not constructed/installed properly but were sealed up enough that water couldn't get in. Matt was very helpful in answering all my questions and concerns. Hopefully the spot he found and sealed was the problem. If not, I will definitely be calling Pineview Builders to look into it further. I definitely recommend Pineview Builders and I thought the $99 Roof Maintenance Package was a good deal.

Matt called to let me know he was on his way - which I always appreciate so I'm not left wondering. I explained the leak problem I was having with my roof. Matt took the time to thoroughly inspect the roof to try to locate the problem. He made the necessary repairs, and explained to me throughout the process what he was seeing and doing. When he was done, he was also kind enough to answer a bunch of non-related siding questions I had. Very professional and friendly. I would definitely use Pineview Builders in the future.

After recent rains, very difficult getting anyone to even answer my calls for service. However, Matt, Pineview Builders, responded same day. Although their schedules were full, he worked with me to get out here next day to look at and repair problem. Very respectful, punctual, and responsive. Was very pleased with his service.

The representatives showed up on time. They were courteous, straight forward and answered all my questions to my satisfaction.

Because of the weather it was a longer wait for the installation but as soon as there was a decent day the installation was started. The young man who came was polite, efficient and worked carefully. He informed us that they would have to complete the inspection for leaks when the weather was warmer. There was a question about the final billing but Matt called immediately--apologized for the mistake on their part and accepted that we will pay the final amount after the final inspection.

Pineview provided high quality work at an excellent price, although the project took much longer than expected. The delays resulted from the contractor (Pineview) being overbooked with work and relying on sub-contractors who were sometimes busy working for other contractors. I recommend Pineview if you are not on a tight timeframe.

Matt from Pineview Builders was extremely great to work with. We had trouble deciding the color of the shingles and he worked with us until we were sure we had the correct color. He spent more time than he should have to ensure our color choice was perfect - which it is! Our roof is very visible from the street and we wanted to make sure it was going to look ok as our previous roof was not a great color. The work was done very quickly and efficiently with most of the work completed on the first day. The clean-up was great with very little debris that we picked up. It was much less than I would have expected. Matt then came back when it was done to make sure we were happy with the job. We of course were very happy and love the new roof - especially good timing since it has been raining ever since we got the new roof. I would definitely recommend Pineview Builders for a roofing job.

The most recent client that contracted Pineview Builders to completely replace their roof had nothing but good things to say about them, and they thanked me for the referral.

They got back to me right away and then came out the same day and followed up. I had an inspector look for hail damage for an insurance company so they went with them while they were doing that. I did not use them because the insurance company would not pay for my roof. I had to put the project off for a while but their pricing was the same as everybody else.

Made appointment for a bid and Pineview came out and measured and discussed ideas. They were to follow up with a written bid. When it didn't come I sent a follow up email asking about the bid and still received no response.

Tony came over right away, when called for a bid. He was extremely efficient, very nice, friendly. We accepted the bid that evening. My husband who will usually cringe when spending money, did not even blink. Tony was ready to go when we said the word. His crew was here at 7:00 am sharp. they are amazing. I came home from work and I would have never have known they had been here. Roof was finished that day. Yard clean, no nails, dumpster gone! Wow ...... quick and efficient. I would not hesitate to use them again. I did refer him to two of my friends.

They are wonderful. They are good at doing follow-ups and making phone calls. They will start working for me from tomorrow. They are very good. They just took more time and explained things. They recommended changing my roof to suit the shingle colors. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. I would use them in the future.
