 + 0 moreSubcontractor for gutter installation was very poor. When I contacted Pineview Builders the poor installation was corrected in a timely manner. Pineview stood behind their subcontractors work and corrected to the defective craftsmanship with their own staff. I was told that Pineview would not be using this subcontractor anymore.

 + 0 moreMatt was so nice and very professional. His crew came out early Saturday morning and the garage roof was completed in just a few hours. The area around the garage was super clean after they finished the job. The crew worked on the leak issue on the hip roof of the house, and they were so fast in finding and fixing the small issue. Everyone on the crew was very nice and professional. We have received many compliments on the roof from our neighbors! I will be recommending Pineview Builders, Inc! Great service.
Description of Work: Installed a new roof on the garage, and replaced a missing shingle on the hip roof that was causing some water damage to one small area on the soffit.

 + -1 moreRoof leak was caused by flashing glue joint giving away. I could not do it myself, since it is 2.5 stories above the ground. He came and fixed it for me, and also pulled down some vines from the roof.

 + -1 moreThe provider came on time and immediately got up on the roof. He did a thorough inspection, and we went over what he found. He pointed out a couple areas that are starting to show wear, and suggested that my roof is good for another 5-7 years! Also, let me know that the shingles were not even from my roof. They were a different color and must've blown off a neighbor's roof into my yard. I appreciated his honest evaluation of my roof and would definitely call him in the the future!

This was a little tough because I had to drop off my friends at the airport and had to leave halfway through his visit. I appreciated the sealing that he did, but have not received the quote for a new flat roof like what I was hoping. I am not sure what the next step is in repairing our roof.

 + -1 moreMatt responded very quickly to set up an appointment after I purchased the package. He showed up within the two hour window and did what I thought was a thorough job. He inspected around my chimney for the cause of leaking and recommended I get a mason to put on a cap. I felt that he was being honest when he said my shingles would last 2-4 more years. I didn't feel like he was pushing a full shingle job or even more maintenance, but he did recommend things to consider. He didn't act like he was in a hurry to leave. I really liked him. I will call them when I am ready for either more roof maintenance or a full reshingle job. He earned my trust!
Description of Work: I bought their roof maintenance package. Matt came out and put sealant around the flashing on my chimney as well as on an area with some damaged shingles. He inspected the entire roof, gave me an opinion as to how long I have left before I need new shingles (2-4 years) and recommended other maintenance jobs to consider.

Since this was a relatively small job, he gave us a range of days the work would be done. The team actually completed the work early and everything looks as I expected. Even though we're moving from this house, I expect to call Pineview first the next time we need any roof work.

 + -1 moreI need to update my feedback in that I'm still having leaking and although Matt said he would come out again 2 weeks ago he never showed then called a week later to say he'd be out the following work day and again no show. A leaking roof is an emergency in my mind and a no show without a call to explain is not cool. I purchase the coupons deals to trial companies for current as well as future work. I would not call this company again when I do have a large job or need a roof.
Description of Work: I purchased the $99 roof inspection. Matt came out and replaced some of the sealing and caulking around the vents and let me know the roof was still in very good condition, it's only about 10 years old. Several weeks later after one of the torrential rain storms we've had I noticed some minor leaking on the ceiling around the chimney. He came out the next day and we both got up there even I though I have a fear of heights (which he helped me with as well). There was nothing obvious that would've caused leaking other than tree debris that may have resulted in water back up but he did some resealing regardless. Matt in both in both instances was very responsive, professional came at the time he said, very personable, obviously knows roofs and credible i.e. doesn't recommend unnecessary work. | |I will definitely use him again and recommend him.

He gave us a quick, clear assessment of the probable causes, and suggested a path forward--as it turns out, the primary issue was probably not roofing (but chimney), and Matt was fantastic at laying out the pros and cons of action. So, we didn't end up needing his services here. We will definitely return to him for future needs, and I am going to keep his card on file for referrals to friends. Trustworthy, professional, knowledgeable.

We discussed my concerns about the roof and he then did a thorough inspection. He found a few issues with loose nails and repaired the areas quickly, making sure the repairs were waterproof. Tony gave me a thorough report on the roof's condition, and set my mind at ease on it's integrity. Would definitely have him out again.
