Description of Work: Inspected roof for any damage. Filled in any holes or cracks. Installed new cap. Gave a complete review of the roof and possible how long before replacement is needed.

Description of Work: Replaced the roof on my house and on the garage. They did a great job -- first in explaining options and in doing the work. When there were a couple glitches, they were immediately remedied. I would use them again and recommend them.

Description of Work: Carried out roof inspection package for $99 - included cleaning lint from dryer vent on roof. Gave advice for small improvements to make when the time comes to reroof (long term). Found that boot around waste vent pipe was deteriorated, which we think was the source of a small leak. Returned 3 days later to replace it for additional $50. Communications, work, & price all seemed reasonable.

Description of Work: We had a very positive experience with Pineview Builders. We had a small leak and he inspected the area and caulked some other areas. He gave me some great advice about the roof and ventilation. Pineview builders does a lot of work in Saint Paul so they have a lot of experience working on older houses like ours. He was very professional and courteous. We will definitely use Pineview Builders again.

Description of Work: Great company! Matt fixed a problem with my roof and multiple minor siding issues. He was punctual, professional, honest and did quality work. If we have any other roofing or siding issues we will use this company again. I recommend this company with the highest possible regard.

Description of Work: I initially went to their office and showed pictures of the storm damage to my siding, and what I need repaired. Anthony explained to me that he would contact me over the weekend if he was available or to give him a call on Monday if he wasn't able to stop by my house. After a total of three weeks of trying to contact Anthony, the owner, and left him messages, he has not called me back. I'm so disappointed and now have to deal with getting rid of squirrels running through the soffit opening on the siding.

Description of Work: Matt found the source of a water leak during his inspection and came back out a few days later to fix it. So far so good!

Description of Work: I purchased a $99 roofing maintenance special from Pineview Builders. I had some trouble spots from previous contractor work, so I had them focus on those areas. They caulked around some aging skylights (27 years - original) to buy me some time before replacing them and confirmed that the previous problem areas were correctly repaired.

Description of Work: Pineview (Matt) was very personable and responsive to my questions. He physically examined as much of my roof as he could readily access. He explained the minor repairs made. | |It would have been helpful to be given a summary written statement of repairs made and the overall condition of the roof based upon his visual inspection.

Description of Work: This was an Angie's list special offer. Matt came when he said he would and did the service as provided for in the special offer. We had some leaks over the winter that he paid special attention to. Matt said if the caulking he did didn't solve the problem the next step would be to replace chimney flashing. He gave us an estimate to replace the flashing and told us to watch the area for a while to see if he had solved the problem. If not, he gave us his card so we could call to have him replace the flashing at a leter date if necessary.

Description of Work: Matt came by and inspected my roofs on both my house and separate garage. He asked if there were any particular issues. After telling him about the (three year old) leak from the skylight, he climbed right up and sealed the leak, as well as another one on the other skylight. We had a good conversation about how many years left in both roofs, as well as some considerations for insulation and replacement. I appreciated Matt's honest and candor.
