17 employees. No subcontractors! For service or repairs, our rates are determined by time & material (how long the truck is onsite - NO TRIP FEES). For water heaters, we charge by the job and we can give fairly accurate quotes over the phone with some information/pictures from you. REMODELING: We offer FREE quotes fr Angie's List customers. We do charge extra for after hours service. Emergency services is only offered on warranty work. You can contact through email. Award winning. Family owned. Norblom Plumbing is licensed to work anywhere in the State of Minnesota. The main service area is the seven county metro area, outside the seven county area we apply travel fees. Description of Work: I had a low-pressure issue when there was simultaneous demand for hot water. I chose Norbloom based on angie's list recommendations. Appointment was made for 9am to 12pm, plumber was here at about 9:45. He made an "educated guess" on what the issue was based on the age of my (newer) water heater and the areas of the house affected and was absolutely right. The pressure was restored and repair was completed in about an hour. Great work!

Could the Member shed more light on this? We have no record of receiving a call or email inquiry on our end. We are very quick to reply to any inquiries as this is how we get our customers. It would make no sense to not return this customers call. Like any other business, we all want customers, especially Angie's List customers. Description of Work: Had leaking water pipe inside wall. Discovered on a Saturday, Norblom's came out on Monday. Very fast service. I had located which floor the leak was and the plumber confirmed. The only way to get at it was to knock a hole in the wall to get at the pipe, remove it and install a new one. It was a fairly small hole (12" x 12"). Norblom's would not fix the hole afterwards, but it was a relatively easy job. I was pleased they only made a hole that size because it was easy to fix.
