Description of Work: Very prompt, very courteous and professional. They don't pro-rate the first hour even if it took him just 30 minutes.

Description of Work: I telephoned Norblom Plumbing at 9 this morning and described the problem I was having with my water heaters. By 10:30, Mike had arrived confirmed that the water heaters need to be replaced (19 years old) and provided me with several options. I selected a conventional 75 gallon unit. Mike then removed the old water heaters, re-plumbed the water and gas lines, and installed the new unit.

Description of Work: The second-floor toilet and bathtub had overflowed into the floorboards and water was running down the walls in the room below. The very nice man from Norblom pulled down the soggy ceiling to find the leak. Turns out it was a blockage in the basement, which another Norblom employee augured out the next day. All in all, a good experience with a caring company.

I felt that the price was competitive and requested replacement of leaking unit in our home.Service representative appeared promptly and did an excellent job removing old heater and installing the new. All in all an excellent experience.

Description of Work: Zach cleaned out the kitchen drain, which was completely stopped up, and a slow running bathroom drain. They responded quickly to my e-mail inquiry and set up an appointment right away. Zach was very pleasant to work with. He was efficient and careful to clean up the area. I deffinitely recommend them and will use them again.

Description of Work: I had a leak around my stall shower. Jim was sent out. He told me that the plumbing was fine and that the leak probably occurred because of cracked grouting around the tiles. He told me the shower control was old and not functioning praperly and if the tile needed to be replaced around it, I should get it replaced with a new one. He told me to find a tile man on Angies list and that it would likely cost $300 to 500 to get this fixed. He said the shower door was working fine and not a problem. All of this information was very helpful to me, in planning what to do, and when to do it.

Description of Work: My neighbor called asking for a recommendation for a plumber to fix a problem with low water pressure. I recommended Norblom based upon the Angie's list rating. They were highly satisfied with Norblom. It turned out the problem was a water softner that needed to be replaced. The plumber arrived on time and completed the job quickly.

Description of Work: Fixed a leaky out door faucet shut off valve in the house. Replaced it with a lever shut off. Happy with the service, have used them in the past will use them in the future.

Description of Work: We wanted to make sure that the outside faucets were winter ready. We had both of the replaced with some frost free faucets. Jim only had one with him, so he had the second delivered. He also explained the plumbing system to me and changed the shut off system, replacing what we had with some easy to understand levers, so it would be easy to turn the water off for winter preparation. We feel much more secure after having this work done. Two months earlier he came to my place and had a very clogged drain cleared. He had to call a specialist. But he got a complicated job done. It could have been messy, but due to his patience and diligence and not skipping steps, everything turned out well. Norblom is a very competent service. Ask for Jim P.
