Description of Work: Norblom Plumbing consulted with me to select the best hot water heater for my replacement situation. I had a leaking 16 year old water heater. They responded immediately when I called and scheduled the removal of the old water heater and install of the new one. Their price and delivery time was the best of three regional plumbers in our area. When the plumber arrived right on the dot he estimated it would take 1 hour and 10 minutes to complete the job. That's exactly what it took. He did an extremely professional installation. I wish every service call was like this!

Description of Work: Originally wanted a drain rerouted but after estimate we took his advice and bought a power drain cleaner... they don't do drains. He replaced a couple of broken valves on pipes. Still need a drain "buster".

Description of Work: Two problems, a blockage in the lavatory sink and the bathtub drain was not draining. The problem was easy to fix and the second was determined to be a clogged drum trap that needed to be removed and replaced with a newer type. This required a second visit by another plumber which solved the problem. Very satisfied with the service and results.

Description of Work: Norblom fixed a faucet that was leaking from a joint in the handle. The plumber came on time, was knowlegeable about fixing the leak, had all the necessary parts. He tightened a sink handle at no extra charge. I found the organization quite professional all the way around.
