17 employees. No subcontractors! For service or repairs, our rates are determined by time & material (how long the truck is onsite - NO TRIP FEES). For water heaters, we charge by the job and we can give fairly accurate quotes over the phone with some information/pictures from you. REMODELING: We offer FREE quotes fr Angie's List customers. We do charge extra for after hours service. Emergency services is only offered on warranty work. You can contact through email. Award winning. Family owned. Norblom Plumbing is licensed to work anywhere in the State of Minnesota. The main service area is the seven county metro area, outside the seven county area we apply travel fees. Description of Work: Needed a number of smaller repairs done - provided that info to company prior to the appointment. The technician was knowledgeable and highly professional. I was disappointed when the appropriate parts were not available in truck's parts inventory. Parts had to be driven across town during the beginning of rush hour extending the length of time needed to complete the tasks.

Description of Work: I like the Norblom company itself; their people and services were good. Less sure about the tile setter they lined up for our bathroom remodel, but I don't have much basis for comparison there. Description of Work: Be careful how you communicate with this company. Be very specific. I never did get to use the Angie's List coupon I told them about when I initiated contact. They did not say that the bid did not include closing the hole in the wall. I had to get someone else to do that. And when I called for a follow-up visit, they never came. Good work, but probably overpriced. I'd never call them again.

We are very sorry to first hear about this now, after 8 months have passed since the work has been completed. Being a plumbing shop, we do not do drywall repair. We do our best to communicate this on all of our quotes and we must have made a mistake in our communication to you. However, looking back at our records, we had referred you to 2 different contractors to do the drywall repair. There is also a note that you did indicate that one of the contractors we recommended and you hired, failed to follow thru with the actual repair. If there is anything that can be done at this time, we will make something happen. Customer satisfaction is always our primary concern!!! We always strive to provide reliable and quality work at a fair price. We hope you can give us another chance to make the situation right for you.
