Description of Work: Norblom was able to fit me into their schedule within a couple of days of my purchase of an Angie's List deal. They removed the old 50-gallon gas water heater and installed a new 40-gallon model. The installer was prompt and professional. He finished the job in a reasonable amount of time and there were no complications.

Description of Work: Tub and bathroom sink backed up - needed to auger out line in basement leading from tub/sink to main line. Doing this, however, also demonstrated that trap under sink (old metal) was overdue for replacement. Plumber scheduled and came 3 days later for another $217. We have come to rely on Norblom in the past 5 years. Price is always reasonable, and they have been extremely responsive, including same-day service once for an urgent problem.

Description of Work: Low water pressure in new kitchen faucet. Took apart faucet and found rubber chunks in its body. Replaced hot side shut-of valve. Found a lot of old dip tube pieces in the hot line. These pieces came from an old hot water heater that had been replaced.
