Norblom Plumbing

Description of Work: I have used Norblom for all my plumbing needs for several years now. My house is over 100 years old and has had a variety of plumbing challenges. No matter who they send out, I always find them to be courteous, helpful and willing to discuss any options available to me.

Description of Work: We hired Norblom several times, most recently to fix a problem with an improperly plumbed bathtub. The plumber had some problems and didn't shut off the water before he started working on the venting. Water came through the ceiling below that we had to have repaired. Up until that, we had really liked using Norblom, but won't be using again now.

Description of Work: Jim came to our home to replace a new bathroom sink faucet -- did a great job and during the visit also consulted with us on a few other plumbing projects. Had Jim back a week later to replace a brass flush valve on a fussy one-piece 25-year old "modern" style toilet. Jim was quick, careful, very courteous and our toilet has never been so quiet or function so well. We will definitely ask for Jim again the next time we need a plumber. He is truly great to work with!

Description of Work: They moved a gas pipe in my kitchen to the new location for a stove. I was not able to be there but the tech called in the window of time set up to tell me he was on the way. My handyman had clear instructions. I paid by phone. When I arrived home the work looked great - no problems reported by anyone.

Description of Work: We have had them out twice. Once our son flushed a toy down the toilet and needed unplugging. The next time we had a leak of unknown cause in our attic. They diagnosed and solved the problem, took pictures to show us. Both times very polite and professional. Price was fair. We will definitely be calling them for our plumbing needs in the future!
