Description of Work: My hot water faucet was loosened from the bathroom vanity top. I called Norblom to come and secure it. Jim came within 3 days of my call and assessed the problem. He said he could not properly secure the faucet because I no longer had the original parts in the box, the faucet was previously installed improperly by a different (non-Norblom plumber) with glue since no "extensions" were available for this model faucet and the vanity top was too thick to put hardware underneath it. I was disappointed, but I accepted Jim's assessment as accurate and am living with the loose faucet temporarily until I change the counter top. | |Jim stayed after the assessment and gave me excellent advice about how to approach a contractor to replace the countertop and make other modifications to the vanity.

Description of Work: We have used Norblom when we purchased a new water heater. Due to faulty manufacture a valve failed and ruptured. Norblom responded to our emergency call and promptly replaced the failed valve with one from a proven vendor. When the relatively new heater did not recover from the drenching from the failed valve Norbloom replaced it with a new one of the same manufacture and model. |Since then we have used Norblom for plumbing projects around the house - new laundry wash sink - replace failed shower faucet set - drain clearing. |Norblom is our "go-to" plumber - and is welcome in our home.
