They were great. They came out first thing in the morning and had the new one up and running right away. They covered our carpets to make sure it didnt get dirty. They were just great.

Even though I was not in a hurry, I was able to schedule the appointment for later that same day. The service representative was extremely kind, helpful, knowledgeable and fast. He also gave me some general tips I needed as a new homeowner regarding my water heater (when to replace it, the surrounding pipes, etc.). I would definitely use them again.

I have used Norblom plumbing regularly for the past three years, both for rental and home plumbing needs and have found them to be very friendly, professional, doing high-quality work at a fair price.

Called for someone to immediately come out and unclog the kitchen sink. Plumber arrived and determined that snaking was not possible, due to a soft lead pipe that was never replaced and should have been. Scheduled an appointment to come out to do that replacement work. Initial call was charged $130 and no work was performed. Second visit all work was performed and was charged an additional $384.86. First attempts at snaking drain pipe were unsuccessful and a longer snake was needed. Pipe installation was done well. Work area left dirty/messy and could have been cleaned up. Plumber was friendly and knowledgeable; did not talk down to me, but spoke in plain English about my problem and possible solutions. HAD TO ASK FOR THE ANGIE'S DISCOUNT TO GET IT. Would have preferred the work area was left neater and that the initial call wasn't so expensive considering no work was done. Would recommend this company to friends, and will use them again for future needs.

I called 3 times; twice to the sales person and left voice mail, and once to a manager who assured me that the sales person would call back. I have never received a call and gave the job to another company who cared. This is one of your highly recommended plumbers. I would hate to deal with one who was not!

Aside from the plumber being 30 minutes late when my wife needed to get work (he did call to tell her that he was running behind), we have nothing but good things to say about Norblom. They fit us into their schedule the week we called in, came out, and did the work. We would use them again.

Was able to get an appointment within 1 day of calling. The plumber arrived on time and quickly replaced the old, worn pipes with flexible tubing. Im sure this was a simple job, but I appreciate that they worked quickly and efficiently.

The overall experience was very positive. He did the kitchen installation, but it took him over 3 hours to do it. He said that the faucet we selected was difficult to install because he had a hard time reaching the faucet pieces because of the granite counter. He replaced the bathroom faucet, he had a replacement faucet in the truck. This was very handy since I didn't have to rush out and buy a new faucet. He looked at the slow running faucet and realized some of the pipes needed to be replaced, this solved the problem. He looked at the dryer but the dryer hose was built into the wall so he could not access it, he recommended that I clean the lint trap after each use to solve probable buildup. He was very courteous. I would call them again for any plumbing needs.

I had an overall good experience with this company.

Jim arrived on time, shook my hand, and proceeded to work. This is probably one of the most amazing experiences I have ever had with a service person. If there is another award to give, let me present it!!! He explained what he needed to do and why. It was amazing. I cannot get over it as I sit here and wait for an electrician from your list who is 1/2 hour late!!!

Doug and Alex were pleasant to deal with, knowledgeable, and professional. Dougs work was clean and excellent. We will always use Norblom Plumbing in the event of future plumbing issues. Ive given their name to friends and family. Although in the beginning they told me they charged for an estimate, I mentioned their Angies list bio says free estimates for larger jobs, and they honored that. I kept an eye on the clock while Doug was here, and was pleasantly surprised when he presented me a lower bill than I estimated, partly due to the 5% Angies list discount on labor. My whole experience with them was very refreshing!

They did good work. We had been waiting a while to get our water heater installed trying to decide between tank heaters and tankless. We were interested in energy efficient and I found Paul very knowledgeable when questioning him about the different systems and their pros and cons in Minnesota. The only difficulty was with one of the receptionists, she ended by delaying our delivery of the water heater by a day which meant we had to wait over the weekend for the installation. She eventually apologized to us over the phone, but we were still without hot water. The installation was streamless without fault and the plumber was neat, professional, punctual and friendly.

I was extremely satisfied with their work. The plumber was professional and offered suggestions (not related to additional plumbing services by them). He was on time. My first call to inquire about a quote was professionally handled. They were clear on rates and I was not surprised by anything. While I gave a B rating for the price, I believe a higher price is always merited if the quality is there, and it was, so I'm willing to pay it.

Andrew arrived exactly on time for his appointment. He gave a quote on the job and explained that it would probably be on the higher side of the estimate based on the work needed. He even cleaned up the sheetrock after he was done. I will definitely recommend them to friends.

My call to make an appointment was handled professionally and promtly. They were able to be at our house at the time we requested. The plumber did a nice job. He explained our options and cost/benefit for repairing the leak in the toilet. Also, when fixing the backflow there is a part that is needed (but not essential for proper operation) that he told us we could buy at the hardware store for about $10, rather than paying them $45 for it. Work was done quickly and we've experienced no problems since the repairs were completed.

Very favorable experience. I discovered rust and dampness at the bottom of my hot water heater. Having experienced 40 gallons of water in my basement from a leaking hot water heater in the past, I quickly called Norblom Plumbing... this was about 8 a.m. By 10:30 a.m. they were at my home installing a new hot water heater. Excellent service! The plumber knew exactly what he was doing and the job was done in an efficient/professional manner. He was also very friendly. Clean up after the installation was satisfactory. A good experience all around. I will use them again for my plumbing needs.

The plumber was scheduled for late morning. Got a call at 7:30am saying he would be there between 8 and 8:30am. Not a big deal, just threw off my schedule a little. The work was done quickly and of top quality. 2 of the 3 valves not up to code were replaced for free. Also found out I have meter valves that won't shut completely. Will hire Norblom to complete that work also. Very satisfied!

Plumbers arrived a few minutes early. They finished the job in about an hour and a half. They did a good job of cleaning up, and the work was neat and showed an attention to detail. They also took the time to explain the pilot light and regular maintenance (i.e. draining) procedure. It was a bit more expensive than Home Depot or something, but I was willing to pay it.

I put in an online service request late on Friday night for a business-hours appointment on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. At about 7:20am on Monday, I got a call back. By 9:00am, Andy was out here. He diagnosed the problem, presented me with a few options, and then efficiently replaced a section of pipe which which turned out to be completely clogged (he cut it open to show me). I would have been willing to pay a lot more to fix this frustrating problem, but as usual, Norblom's price was reasonable.

They really helped me out because the person that installed the water heater system really messed up. They gave me an Angies List discount which really helped, did a great job, got everything done quickly, and were very courteous. Id recommend them to anyone!

On time, the guy who came out was very nice and professional, cleaned up after the job. Appreciate that he made sure to show me how to operate the shut-off. Only curiosity was on the labor time. I knew it was $130/hr and $55/1/2 hour after that, and was fine with it. And I know it started when he pulled up. After greeting him and showing him the faucet downstairs, I took him downstairs and then came back up. Looked at the clock and it said 8:20. After he was done he went to his truck and worked up the bill, which was for an hour and a half of labor, which I didn't really think about. Then I noticed the clock said 9:18. I don't think the conversation at the beginning took more than 5 min. Or he sat out front for a while. So I was maybe 2 or 3 minutes over the hour, if at all. While I understand that they need to set a limit and there can't be grey area, it still was interesting. That being said, I'll probably use them again, but definitely watch the clock.

Norblom's people are professional & friendly. Installation was quick & the service provider explained all of the work he performed. I had them out again about a week later to install a new gas dryer, as the old one (25 years old) had given up the ghost a few days after the new stove was installed.

I decided to replace my old water heater before it was an emergency. When I called, I was given good information to make a decision. They were able to schedule a time based on when I would be at home. Chris showed up on time and installed the new water heater, removed the old one and cleaned up the area in about 90 minutes. In addition, he answered some questions about a faucet and my water softener. Everything went smoothly and as scheduled. It was very easy to work with this company and I will use them next time I need plumbing help.
