I received excellent service from McQuillan Home Services. Scott replaced my old doorbell button with a new one in less than five minutes. He also repaired an electrical problem in one of my wall sockets. Scott thoroughly explained the electrical problem and how he repaired it. He was very kind and respectful. I am pleased with Scott’s professionalism and great electrician skills.

Oliver was professional, personable, and extremely proficient in his short time here.

I was notified 30 minutes prior to Garrett’s arrival and he arrived on time. He was personable, explained everything thoroughly and cleaned up after himself. Cost (for checking our sewer line) was very reasonable.

Stephen was in time and analyzed the problem and took care of it in a timed efficient and professional manner.

Dawson was great. He figured out the problem we called him for and fixed another problem with the water heater vent that was a safety issue

Great! They informed me very well of different options and price points. Although they were a bit more expensive than some other places, I felt much more confident in the work performed and the options I chose with McQuilan Home Services LLC. The team spent extra time going through more details than the other quotes I was receiving, as well as giving me lessons of maintaining my new water heater.

McQuillan was great! The online scheduling and follow-through were easy, seamless, and on time. The service tech was friendly, focused, did great work, and cleaned up afterward. Only downside was that the price was about 20% higher than other, smaller organizations.

Derek came out and with his assistant was able to find issue quickly and completed in just over an hour. Very appreciative of his ability to diagnose the issue and correct it. Will definitely be using for future needs

Andrew is very professional. He went above and beyond what I was expecting and did a full inspection of gas line and plumbing. He made sure everything was safe and working properly. He prepared an estimate for the work I requested and explained the work involved. He patiently answered all of my questions.

Had them out for several jobs. Sometimes they did well, sometimes they had big fails. Like insisting the bubble tub needed plumbing UNDER it. It took an electrician to figure out a couple weeks later when it wouldn’t work that the outlet was covered in water! And watch the billing. I caught on twice that they double charged for the job.

They were called to unclog one laundry room drain. I was told the cost would be $469. to snake out the line. I thought it was a lot of money for the 20 minutes it took him to complete the job but I paid it. Three days later I saw an ad on Channel 9 from McQuillan. They advertised only a special of $99. to clean a drain. I called their office and asked the Manager why I was 'overcharged'. He says he was sorry that the ad didn’t explain the requirement that that charge was for the drain line leading outside the home. It will be the last time I call them for a problem as the charge of $469 for 20 minutes to clean out a drain was excessive. There was no offer for any refund.

A shout out to Conner, the plumber who came to our home on an emergency basis. He came out right away on August 26, 2023. He handled the situation we were in beautifully!! Our thank you for your professionalism.

It went very well. The technician was very friendly, he diagnosed the problem well, and fixed it effectively. The service was great, but I think it was pretty badly over priced. I would love to hire again, but I would probably have to price shop a little better first.

I asked to get a quote for one 220v 20amp break and outlet, one 120v 20amp breaker and outlet and one 120v 20amp breaker with 6 outlets in the ceiling of my 24 x 24 garage. The garage has no drywall with open rafters... their quote was $3100.00. I had a Money Pit, when the tub fell through the floor, reaction. The person that came out was a nice person, but holy crap.
