Called promptly to quote and arrange service was able to arrange 1st thing mon morning. Called and confirmed arrival time. I was trying to be cost effective and they gave suggestions to cut cost. After removing few items quote was the same. They swept garage after completing the junk removal, we?re quick and prepared just on the pricy side.

The haulers came at the time they stated. I had several heavy items they took care of no problem. They were pleasant and professional. I would use them again if needed.

Using Junk360 was a great experience! Excellent communication from the bid to calling when they were on the way. Was able to send pictures for bid estimate and total was very close to the bid, only went up because I added more items after the bid. Ken, JJ, and team wore masks the entire time, were very easy to work with, got right to work doing all the heavy lifting and made quick work of my garage! My neighbor has a dumpster right now and paid about the same, but he has to do all the lifting. Great service and would hire again!
