I hired American Eagle to replace my roof and metal fascia wrap. They did the roof on October 9th. There were some issues with one spot in the front corner. They told me they would come back and fix it, but it has now been 7 weeks since the roof was done and nobody has come back to fix anything. When I ask for updates on when it will be done, I either get no response at all or a generic "We're really busy, sometime soon, maybe next week". I asked a week ago if they could commit to having it done by December 1st, but received no response. They also cut multiple holes in the existing fascia when they did the roof. Nobody told me this was going to be done or asked permission. Initially I wasn't concerned since I thought they'd be back to do the new fascia in some reasonable amount of time, but after 7 weeks multiple rodents have moved into the new roof through the holes they left and I am very frustrated.

Talan and Eric were amazing to work with. They kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. Highly recommend.

We just wrapped up repairs from storm damage at our home in Minnetonka with American Eagle Home Improvement. They worked closely with us and managed things with our insurance company to help make sure we got the repairs done right on our roof, cedar beams, siding (repairs and painting), gutters, service and garage doors. Everyone at American Eagle was a pure joy to work with each step of the way. We never experienced any pressure, they were patient and explained construction processes and materials, and they were always professional. I give them 5 X 5 Stars and would definitely work with them again.

The entire process was guided by Talan Patros. He was very professional at all times, prompt, very knowledgeable about the company and products, and very easy to work with. He was never pushy and listened to what we wanted. We will definitely go through this company again! Kudos to Talan!

This was our third roof replacement in 25 years — due to storm damage. This was the first time we used American Eagle Roofing. Quality, craftsmanship and attention to detail were apparent from our first meeting. We were skeptical of someone walking the neighborhood asking to jump on our roof to check for storm damage, but the Better Business Bureau gave them an A+ rating and we soon learned why! Our sales representative (Talan Patros) was thoroughly amazing from the moment he jumped on the roof with a Go-Pro camera to film damage, to confirming with the crew the day work began to insure they understood the special venting placement our roof required. He communicated directly with the insurance adjuster and went to bat for our specific roof issues. He was a phone call (or text) away and was expeditious in responding to me. He handled our claim from start to finish — even jumping on the roof after replacement to insure the job was done correctly. I am not in the habit of writing reviews, but I could not let the opportunity slip by to compliment Talan on his honed roofing knowledge & great work ethic and to compliment the roofing crew for their attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship because you don’t see that too often these days. Our roof not only looks great, but we can look forward to fewer Icicles this year due to Talan’s thoroughness in reaching out to a venting expert as our roof is a quirky combination of three roof styles. It was great to utilize a local company to complete the work as well!

It was efficient. Workers were punctual. Good communication. Shingles look great and we are very happy with our new roof.

The job was performed in a very timely and professional manner. Very good communication so there were no misunderstandings. Scrap was completely removed by the end of the job.

Absolutely the best group of guys I've had in my life. Everybody was fabulous! I would leave them alone with my children. Well worth the price! They are coming back this Summer to do additional work.
