Great job.

They called within seconds, set a date, and started cleaning. As part of the cleaning, the technician suggested ways to organize pictures, souvenirs, and show items, so cleaning would take less time on a continuous basis and still allow viewing of the items. Since I was starting a home business, i needed speed in finishing the project, so I loved Krispy Clean's quick response. They will continus cleaning on a weekly basis for me.

The service reps were great: timely, courteous, and professional. I would certainly recommend them to anyone!

They came out the same day I called for the service. I was very impressed with the job that was completed and it was at a very reasonable price. If I needed my carpets cleaned again then I will use their company!!!

Lance was awesome. Listened more than he talked. Did a great job on all the carpet and explained all charges thoroughly.

I was contacted within minutes of submitting my request. The cleaning process was described to me on the phone as well as a rate per sq. foot. They came out and did a very thorough walk thru to determine where my pet problem area(s) were and I was able to see them as well. Lance worked up an estimate..it was slightly higher than I had wanted but I was willing to give them a chance. Lance did a fantastic job cleaning the carpets paying special attention to the pet areas and the high traffic areas. He was also a nice young man and shared with me his cleaning technique, which he was proud of.

Krispy Clean, Inc. Is a great company to do business with. Lance was our carpet technician and he came out and was very good at explaining the services and working with us to do what is best for our carpet. Our carpet was in dire need of a really deep, good cleaning. The technician worked hard on our carpet and restored it to look brand new! Our carpet looks better now than when we moved in to our home! I will definitely call Krispy Clean, Inc. The next time we need our carpets cleaned.

Lance called before showing up. He was respectful and patient in a chaotic environment where multiple people were vying for my time (landscaper, paver guy, husband and four children). He was polite and worked diligently, and our carpet is now clean. The main traffic area that looked new when he left looked grey again the next morning, which was disappointing, but the carpet is old. Cost was higher than the last company we had clean the carpets, but it was nice having Lance quietly and joyfully going about his work, allowing the household to continue running smoothly.

The technician, Lance was respectful from the moment he introduced himself at the door, till the moment he went thoroughly completed the job. Our cat, Ashley passed away, and shortly before passing away, she started losing her bowel functions. Lance was understanding, and thoughtful as he went throughout the home treating the spots that Ashley left behind. He took a full five hours to clean our carpet, as he wanted the job to be done well. Their technician, Lance was very courteous and a hard worker. He answered all my questions before and during the cleaning and did a thorough job.
