Krispy Clean Restoration

Jeremy showed up right on time. He cleaned the carpet so quietly and efficiently even our normally high strung dog didn't notice him much. He was up front about the things that could and couldn't be fixed and knowledgeable about cleaning carpet. We even had Pad Injection done at the site of a couple of really bad pet soiling areas. The whole house smells nice and clean now, and the carpets look great. There were a few spots that couldn't be gotten totally clean due to abuse on our part (really we should vacuum more often) but it looks fantastic. He took extra time at the end with his UV light to look for any remaining pet stains.

The experience started out positive, but has ended with me having to dispute the charge on my creidt card due to a lack of response from Christopher at Krispy Clean. They arrived on time, but the conversation I had with the scheduler obviously did not get communicated to the person who came to my home. My furniture was not moved as requested and I was not given the same rate that I was quoted on the phone. This resulted in the need for the cleaner to come out again to finish the other areas and issue a credit. I am still waiting to receive that credit a month later. i have called Christpher several times and it is not resolved yet.

The Krispy Clean team was really good. They were courteous,and provided a tremendous service at a reasonable price. There were no hidden costs. The carpets look great! -Vani.

As the guy arrived I had an emergency with my dogs and had to leave to the vet. He was fine with it and did a good job. Thankfully the dogs were okay and when I returned he had just finished up and wasn't crabby with me for leaving and arriving after he was done. The carpets look great! Good price too!!

I had a difficult sewage backup cleanup job, and they brought in the right skilled team for the job. Did it quickly, efficiently, professionally. Extremely well done. The only reason I'm not offering 5 stars is because I didn't think I had a sufficient understanding going in of exactly how much I had to do before they got the work done -- it was extremely stressful to, with no notice (and thus no help) remove an entire basement of belongings. I hadn't realized EVERYTHING would need to move out at one time.

Jeremy, the carpet technician, was very personable. He explained things very well, and there were no hidden costs. I had to reschedule with Krispy Clean, because their truck was frozen due to the below 0 weather we were having. But, Jeremy gave me a discount for the inconvenience. I rated them as Good versus Very Good, because they missed a couple spots on our stairs, and Jeremy had to run out to get a spot remover, because the cleaning truck had already left.

They were very good up front. great price and easy to schedule. But on the day of cleaning...They called to state the time, and the cleaner did not show up until 1hour after appointed time. I tryied calling the number that they left me, but no one called back. I had to reschule a different appointment. I also thought they would be able to get the "matted" down parts of the carpet up, but they did not. After they arrived the person was friendly, but the being extremly late and no call back was a large problem with me.

We hired Krispy Clean to clean the upholstery in two high end restaurants. Matt was very helpful and easy to communicate with. He was very friendly and professional, The technicians did a great job. We will be using Krispy Clean's services again and highly recommend them to others.

They were fast, hardworking and thorough. They were very professional and they did a good job. I am very happy with them.

I had them clean my house the first time and it was done really well. I called to schedule my next appt and they were to call me back. Never called me back. Would not recommend for house cleaning.

The tech called before coming over and arrived promptly on time. He gave an estimate that I believe was very reasonable, explained what he was going to do, and was careful of the room and it's furnishings. He worked very diligently and took the time to do a complete and through job. I was very impressed with his work ethic. He got out stains that had been in the carpet for years. I wouldn't hesitate to use Krispy Clean again.
