Signed contract in Feb 2023 to have driveway and patio installed early in the summer of 2023, but after weekly delays the install was finished in oct 2023. My patio was installed without any prep work, right over my patios existing river stone all the way above my house siding and patio door threshold. In Jan 2024, the patio expanded ripping my siding, cracking and moving. In march, mike sent his foreman to cut 10 inches of the patio from the house saying later to fix it or remove the whole patio which was in the warranty and I would not have to worry. He never honored or was planning to honor his warranty. Mike is an expert in giving reasons and excuses to delay and drag scheduled appointments on his terms. according to mike, my patio was not a hinderance and was ok to be in this condition for as long as it took for him to come fix it. I will never recommend Mike and his Riteway If there is an issue with work, he is never going to fix it.

It was just a bad job on our driveway. He said he would replace it. Two years later and court was TODAY we settled. We are glad to be done with it!!

Mike is absolutely awesome!! Mike and his team replaced our 60 + yr asphalt driveway with a beautiful concrete driveway! They were on time each day they were scheduled to be on site. I would rate Riteway 10/5 in all areas. Mikewas committed and dedicated to the quality of our project. Despite many weather issues he was always kind, and did what was best for the quality of the project and not his time/budget. Beyond that he was very communicative throughout, asked for input along the way and delivered a better outcome than I would have ever anticipated.

My project was a new basement for a 14' x 26' addition. The job included footings, block walls, and concrete floor. Most competitive bid by far. I liked the fact that Mike was very hands-on to make sure everything was done right. Also great communication. Very happy with the entire process.

Mike and his crew did a great job on our driveway/entry to our house.

Our driveway was installed summer 2022. Over winter a major crack appeared running the length of the driveway. Since the driveway was under warranty, we contacted Mike who came out and attempted to patch it. He told us it was the best way to patch it and the patch would blend in with the driveway. The patch cracked in the next several days and we still have a dark gray stripe running the length of the driveway. We contacted Mike immediately who said he would be out to look at it. He never came. We have contacted him multiple times by phone and e-mail since he installed the patch and he kept putting us off all summer. He does not reply to e-mails even though he says he will. We were supposed to have a plan from him to repair the driveway weeks ago. After the last e-mail, he ghosted us. We will either have to fix it ourselves or hire another contractor to repair it. We paid $9400 for the driveway. Our advice, do not hire Rite way Concrete.

Mike and his crew did a great job and we couldnâ t be happier for the way it turned out. We replaced the current driveway and added a spot for another car. It was a big job and the attention to detail was excellent. I would definitely hire them again!

This company does not even deserve a half star, but this form forces me to fill that in to leave a comment. DO NOT HIRE THEM!!!! Last year I was looking for someone to replace my patio. One of the contractors recommended was Ritewway Concrete. What a horrible experience I had with them. They came out and gave me a quote right away. I signed a contract with them to do the work in February expecting the work would be done sometime in May. I got an email from them in April saying they would be out in May to do the work and I was so excited. And that was when all communication stopped. They did not show up in May, so by the middle of the month, I started calling them. Mike kept telling me they would be out the next week for sure. This went on into the middle of June when he just stopped taking my calls/texts/emails. Basically he ghosted me. In July, I finally contracted with a different company. I sent a letter and email to Riteway Concrete letting them know I was firing them, but they did not even respond to that. Avoid them and save yourself the frustration I had to deal with.

I have had the best experience with Mike and crew, I cannot say enough about communication and not leaving out even the smallest detail. Awesome work!!
