Mike was awesome! He did everything he could to get the patio poured on time. There were some complications that were out of his control, but he kept me up to date on the status ever step of the way!! When it came time to pour the patio they did excellent work.

Mike and his team did a concrete removal project for me. The project went much more quickly than expected with no damage to the surrounding landscaping. Due to weather, we had to move around the project slightly. Mike communicated all changes to me clearly and early. Mike and his team were very easy to work with.

Came back and fixed original problems. I am happy with the job.

The only reason I deducted 1/2 star overall is because sometimes responses to communication were delayed, and schedule was sometimes a bit loose and hard to pin down. Having said that, the work seems to be top-notch and attention to detail good.

Mike and his team did a sidewalk from our accessible deck around to the driveway making sure it fits the needs for wheelchair navigation. Great price and quality work.

We had Mike and crew pour a patio for us, and everything was top notch. He answered the phone, showed up when he said he would, the pour took exactly as long as he said it would, everything was cleaned up and taken away after, it exactly cost what he said it would, and the results look amazing! After a couple months I've only noticed 1 completely normal hairline crack in the patio and we've given Mike's name to multiple people who've complimented the patio. Best of all, even with all that, out of 6 people I had bid the job Mike was the lowest bid by $700 and almost $7k lower than the highest. I couldn't ask for anything more.

Riteway replaced my old sidewalk that had sunk and cracked, and also the apron in front of my garage. It looks fantastic! My dog Kallie was having a hard time jumping up the front step, with the new sidewalk it's no longer a problem! After watching the process I realize there is an art to making it look good, but more importantly that it is done correctly. I'm so glad I hired an experienced company! They are affordable and the work is quality. Mike and his crew were great, very professional, polite and friendly! I would recommend them to anyone! Thanks again for a beautiful job!

Nonexistent follow up to address extensive cracks to both the patio and apron with a solution within the warranty period.. Filed a complaint with Home Advisor for help and currently awaiting a solution. Please do no use this contractor, BBB shows similar issues with concrete cracking and no response from Riteway Concrete LLC. I am also planning to contact the MN Attorney Generalâ s Office to alert of Riteway Concrete LLC practices with consumers.

It took some time for Mike to actually work on my Driveway and Patio. This was NO fault of his as neither of us knew the City of New Hope wouldn't allow heavy vehicles on their side streets until after April 15th. The heavy equipment needed were the rucks to remove the previous driveway and patio material. Throughout the entire process I was called numerous times if anything got in the way. The craftsmanship was superb and the price was very reasonable. Mikes team was very professional and responsive to any concerns I had. I have already asked for a few future projects to be bid with the intention of having those worked on either later in the year or next year. The speed, accuracy and detail they achieved was exactly what I was looking for. Great company to work with and Mike runs a tight ship.

Mike and team did a great job on our driveway, steps and patio. They had some delays in getting the project started which was unfortunate, but the work was done well and a good value for the amount of concrete we had laid.
